Operations Management
Alassia:
- coordinates arrangements with charterers, shippers, receivers, port authorities, etc in order to fulfil vessels’ employment obligations
- ensures that vessels comply at all times with national and international rules and regulations issued by governmental bodies and other relevant organisations (e.g. IMO, USCG)
- ensures that vessels have on board the necessary certificates, and
- appoints port agents, ship chandlers, suppliers and stevedores.
